I had a blow out of a trailer tire so walked in off the street with no appointment. They had the tire needed and took care of me without hesitation. I was in and out within 10 minutes. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful.

I got my front brakes replaced the other day here. I don't know the difference between Monday and the last time I was there but I was beyond unhappy. I had a 7:30am appointment to get my fronts replaced. I didn’t leave until 1:30pm. The parts delivery service kept bringing the wrong parts until finally someone left and went to get them in person. I was told I would get discounted, news flash it was a whole $50 for a 6 hour wait I did on a day off. On a job I was quoted over $900 for. Needless to say I was not pleased. And I'm a generally polite person and I didnt give any pleasantries upon leaving. Today I gave them the 2nd star because I noticed leaving work I could see visible rust, I took it straight there, asked the guy at the desk and he explained it to me calmly and so that a non car person could understand and for that I'm very appreciative. Needless to say that was my last visit

I recently brought my car to Jack at VIP Tire after needing a quick set of winter tires to make sure I could pass inspection. I had such a great experience that I found myself back there again this spring to get a new set of summer tires. Both experiences were completely painless, and I truly couldn’t recommend them more for all your tire needs. Great pricing, outstanding service, and an impressively quick turnaround time (especially during peak tire season!!!!) Thank you to Jack and the crew. I’ll definitely see you again when the snow starts falling!

I had an excellent experience at VIP Tires & Service in Williston and wanted to specifically thank Jack and his team for going above and beyond. I had a tire that got dinged up shortly after buying it this winter, and Jack was incredibly helpful in getting it warrantied and saving me a few hundred dollars in the process. What really stood out to me though was the honesty and customer service. While working on my vehicle, the team noticed that my cabin air filter had not actually been replaced, even though I had recently paid another mechanic shop to do it. VIP took care of it right away and only charged me for the part, not the labor. It may not have been a huge job, but that level of integrity and care is hard to find. They also gave my winter tires a really thorough inspection and caught a few things that easily could have been missed, including some missing studs and even a missing lug nut that they were able to replace for me. That attention to detail definitely gave me peace of mind heading into the rest of the season. On top of all that, they got me in and out quickly and even stayed open a little later so I could make it after work to pick up my car. Great people, great s

Came in for a state inspection, but the rotors were failing. Rotors and pads replaced within a few hours. Saved about $300 vs dealer price. Parts quality was comparable. Location was busy and I was able to get serviced even without an appointment. ....a few months later, In for a significant air leak. Rim was found to be bent. Beadlock applied to slow leak. Partial success. No appointment, 8am, waited about one hour. No charge for the work!!!! Staff was very helpful and I am grateful for the service!!! SOUTH BURLINGTON PUBLIC WORKS: FIX THE POTHOLES ON WILLISTON RD AT KENNDY DR., WESTBOUND LANES!!!!!!@$$
